

Giorgi Tsikolia
Vice President, Lineate
Giorgi Tsikolia is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience. He currently serves as the Vice President of Lineate, a U.S. technology company that has successfully developed custom software for two decades. He oversees multiple offices in three countries, driving the operations, growth, and expansion of Lineate’s business in the EMEA region.
Giorgi has built a successful career in public service and international relations for over a decade. During his tenure as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Georgian Embassy in the United States, he played a key role in advancing U.S.-Georgia relations and strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries. Before his career in diplomacy, Giorgi led several Georgian state agencies focused on attracting foreign investment, promoting trade, and creating job opportunities.
While at Lineate, Giorgi serves as a board member of AmCham Georgia and as Vice President of the America-Georgia Business Council, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC. He frequently discusses economic development, investment, technology, and geopolitics at international forums.
He received his education from The Fletcher School of Global Affairs at Tufts University.
