Natalia Bejan
Director of Invest Moldova
Natalia Bejan is the Director of Invest Moldova Agency, the national institution under the Prime Minister office of the Republic of Moldova, mandated to promote strategic investment, exports, and the country’s image abroad. She brings a dynamic international background in finance, project management, consulting, and tech entrepreneurship. Natalia began her career delivering development projects in 15 countries across Europe and Asia for major financial institutions.
After more than a decade abroad, Natalia returned to Moldova and, starting in 2022, led the Startup Moldova Foundation, supporting the country’s emerging tech and innovation ecosystem. Since January 2024, she has been leading national efforts to position Moldova as a competitive, innovation-driven destination for global investors.
