The 2nd AmChams Regional Economic Summit Kicks Off in Athens on June 12–13, 2025

Building Bridges for Trade, Investment, and Innovation across Southeast Europe, Eurasia, and the Eastern Mediterranean

Athens, Greece – May 9, 2025 – The American Chambers of Commerce in Greece, Türkiye, and Bulgaria proudly announce the 2nd AmChams Regional Economic Summit (ARES), taking place June 12–13, 2025, at the Divani Apollon & Thalasso Hotel in Athens, Greece. Held under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ARES continues the momentum of the highly successful inaugural Eurasian Economic Summit (AEES) hosted in 2024 in Istanbul.

This year, the summit expands its scope, welcoming participation from an even broader coalition of American Chambers of Commerce, including Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Together, these 15 AmChams unite to spotlight the region’s investment opportunities, reinforce cross-border collaboration, and showcase the strategic potential of Southeast Europe, Eurasia, and the Eastern Mediterranean.

“We are committed to building on the foundation laid last year. ARES serves as a unique platform to promote our region as a hub for investment, innovation, and sustainable growth. With our expanded network and strong partnerships, we aim to connect businesses, policymakers, and investors to generate new projects and foster meaningful regional cooperation,” stated the three co-organizing AmChams in a joint statement.

ARES 2025 will feature focused sessions on key sectors and transformative opportunities in the region, including:
